As one of the key employers in the area, Lunji is also comitted to give back to the neighbours, the families of the workers, and the people who have gone the long way with the Farm and enabled a pieceful relationship throughout the years.
For many years football lovers of the neighbouring community gather at the football pitch on the farm. Here young and old come to play and train together, enforcing unity and encouraging each other to strive for achievement on a personal basis. Lunji team named after the Farm displays the new jerseys that have been donated by a youth football club from Munich, Germany (SV Milbertshofen)
We believe that education plays the key role in combating poverty and enabling a promising future for Tanzania as a whole. We have always been in the first rows when it comes to building of new schools. One among the schools that have been endorsed by the Farm is the Ihombe Primary School, which is adjacentd to the farm boundary and serves as a place where girls and boys can get their primary education according to the Tanzanian syllabus.
